Chris Roach hails from Warrington, England. Influenced at an early age by the Motown and Soul records his Dad would play around the house on heavy rotation, it’s no wonder that legends like James Jamerson & Donald ‘Duck’ Dunn resinate in his playing style. His love for the early 60’s is obvious when seeing Chris perform live on his retro guitars, chrome fixtures and all.

Chris tours full time with Country Star, Eric Paslay (‘High Class’ Song About A Girl’, ‘Friday Night’, ‘She Don’t Love You’) playing bass guitar and singing backup vocals. Previously, Chris was a member of GRAMMY award winning Country group, Shenandoah.

Roach is also a writer, and his song ‘Walk On’ (written with Heath Bain) was recorded by BJ Thomas for the soundtrack of the 2013 movie, Doonby, starring John Schneider & Ernie Hudson.

“Whether I’m stepping off the tour bus to soundcheck or walking through the airport on a fly date, you’ll see me carrying a Lugville bag on my shoulder.  Every musician should own one of these things!”
